These days, it seems like families are being divided by their screens: time to bring us back together.

The world of technology is full of captivating screens, but that doesn't mean your kids need to be glued to them all day. Here are some ingenious ways to get your kids moving and having fun:
1. Challenge Them with Obstacle Courses: Build an obstacle course in the back yard (or living room!) with various items, such as a hula hoop, chairs, and jump ropes. Let your children get creative with the layout and then compete against each other to see who can complete the course fastest!
2. Raid the Closet: Bring out clothes that don't fit anymore or are too old to wear and have fun making costumes for a fashion show. You can even make a runway with tape and have your kids strut their stuff in front of family and friends.
3. Have an Arts and Crafts Night: Get creative by making homemade arts and crafts out of various items around the house, such as cardboard boxes, paper plates, etc. Not only will this give your kids something to do, but it’s also a great way for them to express themselves and have fun.
4. Play Music: Let the music play and get everyone up on their feet dancing! Put on some of your favorite tunes and show off your dance moves - you may even inspire your children to create their own routines.
5. Take a Trip to the Park: Enjoy some fresh air and get your kids running around on the playground! It’s the perfect way to take a break from screens and enjoy quality time with family or friends. Maybe fly one of these fun and amazing kites? Or play a game of Wiffle Ball.
These are just a few of the many ways you can get your children away from the screens and out in the sunshine! With a little bit of ingenuity and creativity, you can help your kids stay active and have fun while doing it. So what are you waiting for? Get up and get moving! We here at Bee Max Healthy hopes this has inspired you family to get back together in these healthy activities!
